Hi Christa! Since we made your Chili for dinner and it is sooooo delicious, we plan on this being the vegan alternative for our twins fourth birthday party in November! I also hope to make the cashew cream to go on top. And the gluten free corn muffins. Thanks for all of your beautiful recipes. I’ve loved everything we made so far. Keep ’em comin’.
